Ingredients for Churma Prasad



  • Semolina (Suji)- 1/2 Cup(50 gram)
  • Wheat Flour - 2 Cup (200 gram)
  • Ghee - 3 tbspoon 
  • Jaggery - 1 Cup (100 gram)
  • Milk  - 1 Cup 


How to Make Churmaa Prasad


Dough Preparation



  • Place Wheat Flour in Big Thali
  • Add Semolina (Suji) 
  • Add Ghee in that
  • Mix all the Ingredients well
  • Now add little little Milk and knead well
  • Churma Dough is ready
  • keep it for rest 15 min
  • After 15 min - Dough is set
  • Divide in small lumps 
  • Flatten this with the help of Chakala belan
  • Cut in small pieces 
  • Let's fry


Frying of Churma



  • Oil/Ghee is heated now 
  • Place all Churma Pieces in Oil/Ghee 
  • Flip & Fry both side till light golden brown
  • Fry in Low flame - avoid to fry in high flame,Else it will reddish outside but won't cook inside
  • Churma pieces has fried light golden brown.
  • Take them out. 
  • Once it will cool - Grind them


Grinding Churma



  • Churma pieces are cool down now
  • Grind them in mixer grinder
  • Place grind Churma in Thali
  • Add Jaggery & mix well so that it mix with churma properly
  • Churma prasad are ready now



Serving & Platting



  • Garnish Churma Prasad with dryfruits & Serve to God during Pooja/Vrat
